About Marc
Between worlds: The Path of the Restless Seeker
Marc Kevin Sepeur is a multidisciplinary artist, bridge builder, and truth seeker. Before devoting himself to painting, he traversed seemingly contradictory worlds: he wrote for Playboy, edited a food magazine, conducted research in artificial intelligence, coached CEOs in marketing, broke fundraising records, and played international DJ gigs.
Although he had everything on the outside—education, references, recognition—he felt torn inside. He questioned authority and started over again and again, driven by a fire that both nourished and burned him out.
The call to Bali and the power of the color
The move to Bali was a calling of his soul. There, Marc lived as a coach, studied healing arts, and opened himself up to what wanted to come through him—not in words, but in color.
His first encounter with painting came unexpectedly. During a session with a shaman, he saw others painting carefree and suddenly – he remembered. He picked up a brush himself. Every stroke felt guided. He came home covered in paint, with the biggest smile of his life on his lips. Something ancient within him had awakened.
Sacred Ferality - Sacred Ferality as expression
Marc's works are raw, ecstatic, emotional, yet precise and full of meaning. He calls his style “Sacred Ferality.”
His art arises from what others repress. He feels where others block. He lives life to the fullest – in highs and lows, with pain, sorrow, and joy. And he remains connected: to himself, to nature, and to the people in his life. One day he stands on stage in a three-piece suit, the next he crawls across the forest floor. His life knows no concept – and that is precisely where his strength comes from.
After only six weeks of painting, he was offered an exhibition at the renowned ARMA Museum in Ubud (Bali), planned for February 2026. Because what once tore him apart is now taking shape – in color. Not to please. But to reveal.
